| Welcome to Nanny Alliance of New York and New Jersey, a support group founded in October of 2005 by professional career nannies for nannies. We are an independent group and have no ties to any agency or nonprofit group. We welcome full-time, part time, career, and temporary nannies. Our Mission: To provide nannies with the personal and professional support needed on all levels. We believe that anyone who is employed as a nanny, either as a full-time career, on a temporary basis, or those who are considering the rites of "nanny hood", need the opportunity to tap into the perspective and experience of other’s in the nanny profession. Every nanny needs a community in which to network, learn, share, problem-solve, and socialize.
